OK, OK Mrs. Zrihen at A Teacher's Treasure convinced me to go into more detail about my New Year's Resolutions. I am a monthly resolution kind of gal. To stick with something for a WHOLE YEAR is too much for my multi-tasking brain so I break it up. My weight loss plan comes from this book It has you competing against a team (my hubby and 4 other gal pals) and you keep track or your points. You get points for doing these things.... eating 5 healthy meals 2-4 hours apart exercising 20 minutes a day working on a new habit (decluttering) drinking water (my team decided on 72 ounces, I think the book recommends 96 but that is just--wow) getting 7 hrs. of sleep each night There are other rules that can add to your point total or subtract fro...
